Legal Practice Director Peter has immersed himself in the legal sector since 2002. He successfully attained Bachelor’s degrees in law and business (Accounting) from Griffith University in the same year, supplementing his academic pursuits with hands-on experience in the legal industry. Peter commenced his professional journey in 2003 at Spranklin Solicitors, where he completed his articled clerkship under the mentorship of the then-owner, Patrick Spranklin.

In June 2005, Peter assumed a managerial role simultaneously with his admission as a solicitor in Queensland. The transformative leadership of Peter resulted in the evolution of Spranklin Solicitors into Spranklin McCartney Lawyers in July 2008.

At the core of Peter’s professional ethos is a commitment to results. He revels in tackling the most intricate challenges, displaying equal enthusiasm for addressing the day-to-day legal struggles faced by both individuals and businesses.

Beyond the legal realm, Peter finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and daughter. His diverse interests include cars, motorcycles, playing music, and immersing himself in the outdoors, whether it be through camping adventures or invigorating hikes.
